Current Go-To Makeup Look

Hey lovelies! I hope you have all been enjoying the new year as much as I have. It’s crazy to think that we are already half way through the first month of the year!

Today I’m back with my current makeup look. I’ll be honest, I am not one to wear makeup everyday. Being in college, I have a ton of priorities and commitments, that putting makeup on in the morning doesn’t always make the cut. For days when I do choose to put a little extra time in, this has been my go-to look!

I love this look and  these products because it shows I’ve put effort into my makeup, but it doesn’t require me to spend an hour on my makeup in the morning! Let’s get started and see what I’ve been using.

I always start my makeup with doing my eyebrows, this allows me to add structure to my face and makes the eye makeup go a lot smoother in my opinion. I’ve been a huge fan of NYX Makeup for a long time and have been using this eyebrow pencil for a few years now on and off. I love the natural shape it adds to the eyebrow and how well it defines them. Along with the pencil I always, always, ALWAYS, use a brow mascara to help keep my eyebrows in place. Coming from a girl who has naturally big eyebrows, this step is a must.

Next, I always do my eye makeup because then I can touch the edges up and clean the lines with concealer. I have been loving the Urban Decay Naked 3 palette lately, the colors are so beautiful in this palette and extremely easy to use! I used just a few shades from the palette to create a toned down day-time look.

Next I do my face makeup, starting with foundation. Currently I am using the Tarte Water Foundation. I’ve only been using this foundation for a few weeks now, but I love it. Coming from a girl with extremely dry skin this is the perfect foundation for me! I go over this foundation and highlight my face with the Tarte Shape Tape concealer. Obviously this concealer is a cult favorite and speaks for itself.

After putting on the base, I like to add some color to my face by using my Physicians Formula Butter Bronzer followed by The Balm Mary-Lou Manizer. I love this high light because it doesn’t seem to overboard and can be used with little makeup.

My go-to mascara for almost a year now has been the Benefit Roller Lash! I have naturally long eye lashes but I find this mascara really adds more length and curl to my lashes! I recommend this mascara to anyone in the market for a new mascara.

Here’s the end look! I love how easy this look is to accomplish and how well the products all work together. Let me know in the comments what your go to products include!
